Empower Me Life Coaching

For women who have strayed from their path to get back on track.

Are you juggling motherhood? Are you a career woman? Are you feeling fed-up and dissatisfied with life? You don’t have enough time, energy & headspace and find yourself keeping the peace by putting everyone else first to the detriment of your self. When you’re feeling stuck, holding back and looking for more in life – these sessions help you get crystal clear on who you are and what it takes to get results in the areas you’re most stuck with.

We identify what’s getting in the way and align with what’s really important to you – creating a positive guiding compass to help you make confident decisions about each step you take towards your goals – whether it’s in your personal life –  your health, wealth, relationships – or your work life. When you commit to being coached, you will receive support, tools and practices to help you embody the changes and make your transformation last.

All sessions are conducted in the comfort of your own home. If you live locally you can have a face to face session. Once booked, you will be invited to make your first appointment at a time that suits you.

Calm Me Wellness Coaching

If you’re feeling stressed, anxious, panicky, overwhelmed and not sure what to do next – then Chaos to Calm is for you. Your ability to think clearly and make decisions goes out the window when you are stressed so before you make any major life decisions it might be helpful to reset your nervous system, and find some calm so that you can sleep better, think better and feel better.

You know when you’re stressed when you can relate to some of these signs…

  • You’re argumentative, finding fault with everything and everyone.
  • You want to lash out.
  • You feel like you want to get away,
  • You find yourself zoning out, being a couch potato, wanting to sleep and do nothing.
  • You please others in order to keep the peace
  • You have obsessive thoughts running around in your head.
  • You feel a tightness in your chest, and have a racing heart.
  • You just can’t concentrate on anything.
  • Your temperature swings between hot and cold.
  • Your breathing is shallow and rapid.

We identify the triggers and stressors that set you off. You will learn how to triage your stress, and bring in healthy practices and mini habits into your life so that you can prioritise your time and energy, take charge of your life, and confidently make decisions with intent. The result is a calmer you, who learns how to become more resilient and deal with life changes and stress.

In addition to your regular coaching sessions, you will receive support, tools and practices to help you embody the changes and make your transformation last.

Body Wisdom Healing Sessions

Working holistically helps release blocks that keep you stuck. Mind, body and energy awareness techniques, muscle testing, intuition, and gentle inquiry are used to bring about change. Clients love this method as it helps identify the unconscious priorities for transformation. Sessions that are in-person have the client lying fully clothed on a massage table. Light touch may be used where appropriate. Clients in other geographic locations (national and international) can still benefit from these sessions and these are held by Zoom. (A small surcharge applies for international clients).

Body Wisdom sessions are beneficial for:

  • Overcoming stuckness
  • Soothing tension and anxiety
  • Clearing energetic blocks
  • Facilitating your body’s own healing
  • Gaining greater self-awareness
  • Promoting calm and relaxation
  • Understanding what your body and subtle energies are trying to communicate
  • Getting to the root of your problem

Sessions are conducted in my office (face-to-face) or in the comfort of your own home via Zoom or Skype.  Once booked, you will be invited to make your first appointment at a time that suits you.
